2. Services
air-conditioner-rental.com offers air conditioner & outdoor cooling rental services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
3. Age Restriction
Users must be of legal age to enter into binding contracts in their jurisdiction to rent our products. If you are under the age of 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Rental Services
4.1 Inspection: Clients should check rental units upon arrival for any visible issues.
4.2 Issues During Rental: If any issue arises during the rental period, we offer replacement delivery when possible or a refund for the faulty unit fees.
4.3 Return Condition: Rental units must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any damage must be paid for by the client.
5. Shipping and Fees
5.1 Shipping fees are separate from rental prices and will be clearly communicated to clients.
5.2 Units are collected as per original rental dates. Changes to collection dates must be made before the collection truck leaves our warehouse, or a trip charge of 50% of the original shipping quote may be added.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before delivery, except for public holiday rentals, which cannot be cancelled.
7. Website Use
Users agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or interfere with any other party’s use of the website.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of air-conditioner-rental.com and protected by UAE and international copyright laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air-conditioner-rental.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. That includes everything related to safe operation at site which is client responsibility.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
